REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At LetsMines, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cryptocurrency mining equipment, the following policy applies.

  1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product remains in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation are included
  • The product is not damaged by the customer
  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used mining equipment
  • Products modified by the customer
  • Software products
  • Special-order products
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  1. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

We will review the claim and provide replacement, repair, or refund options when applicable.

  1. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any product.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the return results from our error or a verified product defect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

  1. MINING PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

Returns and refunds will not be approved due to:

  • Changes in cryptocurrency prices
  • Changes in mining difficulty
  • Reduced mining profitability
  • Electricity costs
  • Customer expectations regarding return on investment

Mining performance depends on market conditions beyond our control.

  1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

If payment processing fees or banking charges apply, such fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.
