Who owns the miner? +
You own the miner. The monthly fee covers electricity, cooling, facility space, and operations management. All mining rewards belong to you and are sent to your designated wallet address.
Can I cancel the hosting plan? +
Yes. Plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, your miner can be returned to you or repurchased by Letsmines at market rate.
What cryptocurrency do I receive? +
All hosted miners mine Bitcoin (BTC). Rewards are sent in BTC directly to your wallet address. You choose your mining pool and wallet during setup.
How long until I start mining? +
After payment confirmation, your miner is deployed within 7 working days. You will receive your pool credentials and wallet connection details once the unit is live.
What happens if the miner breaks down? +
All hosted miners are covered by a 365-day warranty and Letsmines’ on-site maintenance team. Faults are addressed within 24 hours with no additional cost to you.
How do I pay for hosting? +
Monthly fees can be paid via BTC, ETH, USDT (ERC20/TRC20), USDC, or USD bank transfer. Payments are due at the start of each billing month.
